Direct connections on your own network are never counted or capped — limits only ever apply to the relay bandwidth we pay for on your behalf.
Questions
What exactly does lifetime include?
All future versions and every feature promised today, for a single one-time payment. No version-2 re-buy, no feature pulled into a new tier. It's the whole point.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Remote streaming pauses. Everything on your home network keeps working exactly as before, and nothing is deleted — your library, watch history, and settings are untouched.
Do the people I share with have to pay?
No. Your subscription covers remote streaming for everyone you share your server with.
Do I have to pay for the apps?
Never. Every Multipass app — Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, web, and everything on the roadmap — is free to download, with no in-app purchases. The only thing you ever pay for is unlocking your server's remote features, and that's always done here on our website.
Why is pricing marked "founding"?
Multipass is still in development. These are the prices we're planning to launch with; we're finalizing them, and if anything they'll only get more generous for early supporters.
